Services for registered users:

  • PERMAS Technical Bulletin:

    The Technical Bulletin is a daily updated data base of known software problems. The information comprises the problem description, available workarounds, and references to the PERMAS version where the problem has been solved in case a solution is already available. If users face a problem with PERMAS, this data base provides some first information on: Is the problem already known and what is its status? Do I need a newer software version?
    Decryption of a PERMAS license file:
    This is a service for those, who want to see the content of their license file in a more readable format. To this end, upload a PERMAS license in XML format to obtain an expanded readable version of the content.
  • Download of PERMAS and VisPER (Upgrades and Updates):

    This service provides a direct download of the latest version with the latest corrections. (On request, we can also send you a DVD with a new PERMAS version.) In this way, also your system administrator may be registered to allow him the download and subsequent installation of a newer software release.
  • PERMAS Technical Newsletter:

    A Technical Newsletter is issued when a new software update is becoming available. The current status of solved problems and still open problems is contained in the newsletter. The related released software version is then available for download (see point 2). New updates will become available once every 1 to 2 months.
  • PERMAS Workshops:

    INTES provides standard training courses for PERMAS in German language. The training program with fixed dates is hold twice a year, one in spring times and one in fall times. This training program is also available in English, but the dates are fixed according to prior agreement with the participants. Announcement and invitation to participate in the training courses is sent by e-mail in time before the first training dates every six months.
  • PERMAS InfoMail:

    The InfoMail informs about new and interesting information about INTES, PERMAS, and events like User Meetings, Technology Days, training courses and workshops. This InfoMail is issued 2 to 4 times a year.
