General Terms and Conditions for events at INTES GmbH Stuttgart

1. Scope

By registering for the event, the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") of INTES GmbH Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as "INTES"). They apply to the visitors of an INTES event. With the purchase order the contract is concluded.

2. Registration

Please use the registration form or the online registration to register. If you withdraw your registration five weeks prior to the event, we refund the fees. Unless otherwise noted, we charge 100 % of the fees if you inform us later than five weeks before the event or if you do not arrive at all. Usually, a minimal and maximal number of participants is defined for each course.

3. Changees / cancellation

(1) INTES reserves the right to make necessary changes in content, methodology and organization before or during an event, as long as it does not significantly change the announced event.

(2) In addition, it is possible to cancel individual contributions or the event for important reasons not attributable to INTES. Claims for damages are excluded.

(3) INTES reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient number of participants 14 days before the scheduled date of the event. For other important reasons for which we are not responsible, cancellation is possible at any time. The participant will be informed immediately.

4. Liability

INTES makes compensation or reimbursement of futile expenses for whatever legal reason, only in case of intent and gross negligence. In case of injury to life, body and health, the statutory provisions apply. INTES is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Protection of personal data

The German data protection law applies. Personal data is kept strictly confidential. INTES reserves the right to edit and store the visitor's data obtained in connection with the event in the context of data protection law. Passing on to third parties is excluded and only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of the event.

6. Severability clause and jurisdiction

(1) Should a provision of this contract be or become ineffective or impracticable, the validity of the contract shall otherwise not be affected. The parties will endeavor to replace the ineffective or unenforceable provision by an effective and enforceable provision that economically comes closest to the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies in the case of a regulatory gap.

(2) Jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Stuttgart.
